This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you visit takeroon.com, make a purchase, or interact with our services. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you visit our website or make a purchase, we may collect: contact information (name, email address, shipping address, and mobile phone number if you opt into SMS); payment information (processed securely by our payment provider; we never store full card details); usage data (pages visited, time on site) through analytics tools; and online identifiers (cookie IDs, device and browser information, IP address) through cookies and similar technologies, subject to the advertising choices described below.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your information to process and fulfill orders, send order confirmations and shipping updates, respond to questions, improve our website and products, and send marketing communications (only with your consent).

SMS / TEXT MESSAGE MARKETING

If you opt in to our SMS program, we collect your mobile phone number and consent to receive recurring automated marketing texts from Roon. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We share phone numbers only with the service providers that operate our SMS program and with carriers to deliver messages. SERVICE PROVIDERS

Trusted providers receive personal information solely to perform services on our behalf: payment processing, order fulfillment and shipping, email delivery, SMS delivery, and hosting infrastructure.

ADVERTISING, COOKIES & YOUR OPT-OUT

We work with advertising partners, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Google Ads and Google Analytics), and AppLovin, to reach potential customers and measure whether our ads work. Their cookies, pixels, and similar technologies collect identifiers, pages you visit, and actions you take. When you purchase or sign up, we may also share a hashed or matched identifier (such as your email address) with these platforms to measure conversions. Under some US state privacy laws, this counts as a "sale" of personal information or "sharing" for targeted advertising. You can opt out at any time at takeroon.com/privacy-choices (also linked in our website footer as "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information"). We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal as a valid opt-out, automatically. Visitors in certain states see advertising tools only after allowing them through a consent notice, and visitors outside the United States are not tracked by advertising tools at all.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. Payment processing is handled by secure, PCI-compliant processors.

Depending on your state, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to access, correct, or delete it, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
