Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Roon ships within the United States only, including P.O. boxes. Express orders may require a street address. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or US territories.

  Processing time
  Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing
  the next business day.

  Shipping cost
Standard shipping is an $8.00 flat rate. Orders of $45 or more ship free. Express shipping is available for $15.00.

  Delivery time
Standard shipping takes 4–6 business days after processing; express shipping takes 2–3 business days. All orders ship from our warehouse in California. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

  Address changes
  If you need to correct a shipping address, email hello@takeroon.com as soon as possible after ordering and we'll do our best to update it before
  the order ships.

  Lost or undelivered packages
  If tracking shows your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of shipping, contact hello@takeroon.com and we'll make it right.
